Welcome to the 23rd day of the series 30 Days of PM by Crework! So, we are in the last 10 days, and we are practicing some of the most common questions asked in PM interviews. I will try to give you the approach of how to solve them, but you will have to solve them yourself.

Now, how would you answer this question. I will give you a hint, and then you will solve it for me.
This is a typical product design question. We have talked about them extensively in Day 2, 3, 4 and 5. You can refer those lessons for knowing how to solve it.
If you don’t want to do that, I will give you a hint. Here's a step-by-step process to tackle this problem effectively:
Understand the Problem: Begin by clarifying the problem statement and understanding the objective of adding a new feature to YouTube. Consider factors such as user needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and business goals.
Identify Target Users: Define the target audience for the new feature and understand their demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Consider different user segments and their varying needs and pain points.
Brainstorm Ideas: Generate ideas for the new feature that solves the major problems of the target users.
Define MVP: Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the new feature – the simplest version that fulfills the core user needs and delivers value to users. Focus on essential features and functionalities that can be developed and launched quickly to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
Define Success Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the new feature. Track user engagement, retention, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to assess the feature's performance and inform future iterations.
